Privacy Policy — AdA

Last updated: 4 September 2026 · Applies to the AdA (Ads Analyze) mobile app for iOS and Android

AdA ("we", "the app") helps advertisers find the right audience for their ads by analysing public Instagram, Telegram and YouTube profiles. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

a) Information you give us

b) Information collected automatically

c) Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect your precise location (GPS), contacts, microphone audio, card numbers or any other payment details (payment is completed by Apple, Google or the payment provider — card data never reaches our servers), health data, or advertising identifiers. The app contains no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics or tracking SDK, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

2. Public social-media data

The app shows analytics about public Instagram, Telegram and YouTube profiles and channels: follower counts, public post metrics, public captions and an AI-written summary. This data belongs to third-party public pages, not to you. We never ask for your social-media credentials, we never access private accounts or private messages, and nothing is ever posted on your behalf.

3. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Third-party services (data processors)

To run the app we rely on the following providers. Each receives only the data listed, only for the purpose stated, and is required to protect it to at least the standard described in this policy.

5. Storage, security and retention

6. Your rights, withdrawing consent and deleting your account

You can access and correct your data in the app (Profile → edit). You can withdraw consent at any time:

Delete your account inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. The app lists what will be deleted, asks for a verification code sent to your e-mail, and then permanently deletes your account, businesses, saved items, settings and push token. You can also request deletion by e-mail (see below); such requests are completed within 7 working days. Details: account deletion page.

If you believe we hold data about you unlawfully, or you want a copy of your data, contact us at the address below.

7. Children

The app is a business tool and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are announced in the app or on this page; the "Last updated" date shows the current version.
