Account deletion — AdA

This page explains how to delete your AdA (Ads Analyze) account and all data associated with it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete your account inside the app (recommended, immediate)

  1. Open AdA and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
  3. The app shows exactly what will be deleted. Tap Continue.
  4. Enter the verification code sent to your account e-mail.
  5. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted from our database immediately and you are signed out.

No support request is needed. If you can't sign in (for example, you forgot your password), use Forgot password on the sign-in screen first, or use Option 2.

Option 2 — Request deletion by e-mail

  1. From the e-mail address registered to your account, write to i.isroilov4516@gmail.com.
  2. Subject: Delete account — AdA.
  3. In the message, state the e-mail address (or phone number) linked to the account so we can verify it is yours.

We complete e-mail requests within 7 working days.

What is deleted

This is a hard delete: the rows are removed from our database, not marked as inactive. Copies in technical backups are purged within 30 days.

What may be retained

Analytics about public social-media pages are not linked to you and remain in the service. Where the law requires it, certain records may be kept for a limited period. Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google are managed by them: cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, since deleting the AdA account does not cancel it.
